WINEMAKING PROCESS
Handpicked in boxes, the grapes are softly pressed. The free run must is statically cold decanted for at least 24 hours. The must undergoes a slow fermentation in french and american barrels which lasts for about 12-15 days. Maturation continues in barrels for 12 months. Rest in bottle for 4-5 months.
